About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in developing local and national integrated brand marketing programs, including influencer and media relations. This is an exciting career opportunity for a dedicated team player who is an excellent communicator, has a strong attention to detail, and loves to work in a collaborative environment. You will work side-by-side with members of the team supporting influencer programs – from research, to negotiations, concepting, managing approvals, activation and amplification. You will also be part of integrated brand teams, participating in media relations, social, and digital marketing strategy and execution. *Contingent on location, this role will be hybrid or remote. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada indefinitely.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree, or Post-grad diploma in PR and/or communications, a strong asset

• Relevant industry experience and interest in consumer, lifestyle, and food

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Strong knowledge of the Canadian influencer landscape, trends and best practices

• Experience in identifying and building relationships with influencers

• Highly detail oriented, and strong presentation skills

• Strong understanding of social media and evolving platform capabilities, and a natural curiosity for online trends and industry updates

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in integrated campaign management – from influencer marketing, social content development, media relations, and paid media integration – as well as managing creative production, internal reviews, and client approvals

• Experience with online listening tools such as BrandWatch, TalkWalker, StatSocial, Tagger is preferred

• Ability to contribute creative ideas

• Ability to mentor and guide more junior team members

• The ability to be flexible, adaptable and wear many hats

• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
