A merger of equals to create FleishmanHillard HighRoad

In September 2017, we announced the merger of FleishmanHillard Canada (FH) and High Road. Our goal was simple: to create a new powerhouse agency with offices across Canada.

Called FleishmanHillard HighRoad (FHR), the new agency would retain both teams’ proud history and established brand recognition. A merger of equals, it brings together FH’s public affairs and strategic corporate reputation savvy, backed by a global network, with the deep brand expertise and entrepreneurial spirit of High Road.

The result? A high-performance, agile team able to scale to client needs, as well as an impressive offering of specialized skills and services.

While the merger will be finalized in January 2018, we are already working as one team thanks to a long history of collaboration. Our experience and success partnering over many years makes us confident in FHR’s bright future.

With FHR, current and future employees will benefit from growth opportunities presented by our new agency structure, led by Angela Carmichael and Katherine Fletcher, as well as our senior executive team and office GMs: Nathalie Bergeron in Montreal, Mark Reder in Vancouver, and Gordon Taylor Lee in Ottawa.
